Enrollment Date

Enter the date that the participant enrolled in the program. If you do not use Entry Date, ChildPlus will use this date to calculate how many days remain before a health events are required.

Keep in mind, a participant's Entry Date and Enrollment date can be the same (if the participant enters a classroom on the same day that he/she is enrolled) or they can be different (if the participant is enrolled days before he/she actually enters the classroom for the first time).
